Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in Newry and Mourne; Treating People Across the U.K and Ireland.

As fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, we deliver the most up-to-date and effective mental health strategies to help you achieve your goals.

We specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps you understand and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour.

By working together, we can identify the beliefs and behaviours that are holding you back, so that you can develop new, healthier patterns, and improve your psychological well-being.

We also offer EMDR (Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing). EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. EMDR reduces the emotional intensity of difficult memories and supports healthier, more balanced thinking.

We work with both women and men from the age of 16 and above.

We know that seeking therapy can be a daunting experience, but we at Therapy & Co. are here to support you every step of the way. We are committed to helping you achieve lasting change and in supporting you to live a life that feels more fulfilled.
