What We Do

Therapy & Co. is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) practice offering remote talking therapy from the comfort of your own home and a small number of in person sessions in Newry and Kilkeel. 

CBT is a short-term, goal-oriented talking therapy that takes a practical approach to problem-solving.

It focuses on how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours impact one another and keep you stuck in unhelpful cycles.

During CBT, you will work with your therapist to explore new ways of dealing with challenges and set clear goals for the changes you want to make.

How we can help

Common difficulties we treat include overthinking, excessive worrying, panic, obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), and anxiety related to health and social situations. We also treat stress and burnout, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and low self-esteem.

Don't worry if you don't know what the exact problem is, leave that part to us. We will carry out an assessment to help us understand what you're struggling with and determine whether CBT is the right therapy for you.

We also offer a limited number of face-to-face sessions.

Additionally, we provide a range of masterclasses, each designed to deliver hands-on learning, actionable strategies, and expert insights to help you achieve your goals.

Our workshops can also be tailored to suit your audience.

Initial Session

The first session is an opportunity to explore what’s happening for you and what has brought you to therapy. Together, we will discuss your current difficulties, background, and goals for change. By the end of the session, we will agree on a plan that feels right for you and decide whether CBT is the best fit for your needs.

Pricing

Our sessions are one hour long.

Remote sessions cost £90 / €105.

In person sessions cost £110/€128.

EMDR or trauma-focused CBT sessions may last 90 minutes and cost £150 / €174.

We do not currently work with healthcare providers or insurance companies.

I started seeing Katie for general and health anxiety which felt all consuming and debilitating. Fiona has such a lovely way to make you feel cared for without any judgement and therefore I felt completely comfortable to open up to her. Fiona showed me great techniques to help manage my anxiety, overthinking and other behaviour patterns displayed and explained each thoroughly to me so I was never confused and was able to put them in to practice. Honestly for me everything was perfect. I wish I could have a catch up with Fiona every day as she makes me feel great and so cared for.
