Therapy Session Costs
Our sessions are one hour long.
Virtual sessions cost £90/€105.
In person sessions cost £110/€128.
EMDR and trauma-focused CBT sessions may be 90 minutes and cost £150/€174.
CBT is a short-term therapy. Treatment usually requires between 6 – 20 sessions.
We do not currently work with healthcare providers or insurance companies.
Payment
Payment for your therapy session is required before each session begins and can be made by easy bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours' notice is required if you need to cancel an appointment.
It is our policy to charge for any missed appointments.
Cancellations without appropriate notice, that being less than 24 hours, will be charged at half the cost of the session.
